| A Senior SynerCom Consultant was retained as Project
Director responsible for the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong's Automatic
Matching System Release 3 (AMS/3) Requirements definition project
aimed at defining the future Matching and Trading System, including
the SEHK’s future on-line Order Processing System.
The on-line order processing system will allow the SEHK investors to place stock orders with their brokers via the Internet, or via an advanced interactive voice response system. |

The design included a sophisticated security system based on the Hongkong Post Public Key Infrastructure (PKI certificate authority), i.e. Digital certificates issued by Hongkong Post. Hong Kong Government has nominated Hong Kong Post the Trusted Third Party (TTP) for Digital Certificates in Hong Kong. |
